Dr. Fishkind was the testifying expert in the Deepwater Horizon BP oil spill and helped craft the settlement. We also serve as the economic damage expert in construction projects for the Florida Department of Transportation. And recently, Dr. Fishkind was the testifying expert in a precedent setting lawsuit, Disney versus Singh, that reset the way in which hotel properties are valued for property taxation here in Florida.
We also provide our clients with public private partnerships and economic incentive programs. For example, we provided a $300 million program recently for Tavistock Development to fund the roadways for their Sunbridge project and for the Cabot Collection. We completed a public private partnership valued at $150 million for their infrastructure.
